Providers are sounding the alarm: up to 60 percent of the world Internet traffic is provided by bots – artificial programs involved in the distribution of fakes. It is becoming more and more obvious that the situation requires a solution. But which one? This January, Minister of Information Aleksandr Karlyukevich said that he considered it necessary to amend the current legislation, which would approve the illegal nature of the so-called fakes.
