The modern political analytics is impossible without conceptual understanding of the accumulated experience of the socio-political development of the mankind. The interaction with the high-level professionals, who possess an enormous knowledge in such spheres as political science, sociology, diplomacy helps to "digest" this experience correctly.
Such special guest for BISR was the former Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, diplomat, a specialist in international relations, sociology, Ph.D. in Philosophy, professor, author of more than 300 scientific publications Ivan Ivanovich Antonovich.
The topics for the discussion were historical problems of modern geopolitics as seen by the world's major actors, medium and small states, issues of globalization and regionalization. The current Belarusian-Russian agenda, as well as the prospects for integration projects were also discussed separately.
