"Serious analytical work is half the success in the operations of any organization, enterprise, or country as a whole. This work is very complex, intense, and responsible. Analysts must process large volumes of data, spot trends, and propose solutions that guide teams and leaders in developing effective strategies while addressing economic and social challenges. Analytical skills must be learned. The second Summer School for Young Analysts demonstrates that this generates great interest among young people. Those who gain such experience will undoubtedly become drivers of socio-economic development in their enterprises, organizations, and even entire industries in the near future. Therefore, this is a very important direction, which we fully support," the First Deputy Minister of Education Alexander Bakhanovich noted.

Evgeny Kharuk, an analyst at the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Research (BISR) and coordinator of the BISR youth analytical movement “Future of Belarus,” emphasized that the Summer School for Young Analysts is a unique intensive program through which it is possible not only to train young people but also to shape a vision of the country’s future as envisioned by the youth themselves. "This year, we tried to use already proven mechanisms: working in small groups, meetings with experts, seminars. We also introduced many new elements. We will have a night hackathon, numerous experts including from the Russian Federation. At the end of the school, the youth themselves will present. They will showcase their vision of the city of the future across areas such as healthcare, transportation, ecology, economy, and others," Evgeny Kharuk stressed.

He added that, with the help of a grant from the President of Belarus in the field of youth policy, the scale of the BISR youth analytical movement and the Summer School itself was expanded. "Last year, 25 people participated in the school; this year, we have 65 participants representing all regions of the country and over 30 universities. There are also working young people from various fields present. Additionally, we extended the program by one day and invited more guests," the analyst noted.

Among the participants of the Summer School is Vasily Kulagin, a third-year student at Vitebsk State Medical University. "I believe the future belongs to doctors with analytical thinking. Every day, a doctor faces large volumes of information and rapidly changing data, which must be analyzed to make the correct diagnosis, determine treatment, and plan further prevention. Personalized medicine and clinical thinking are also indispensable attributes of the medicine of the future," Vasily Kulagin said.
