Today, September 9, a tripartite cooperation agreement was signed between the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Research, the Digital Transformation Agency and the public association “Youth Analytical Community,” the sb.by correspondent reports.
The main goals of the agreement are to involve young people in the development of digital projects, continue the development of the youth analytical movement and create platforms for interaction between government institutions and young people, as well as exchange views on the directions of digital transformation in the Republic of Belarus.
The agreement signed today is a consequence of the international seminar “Summer School for Young Analysts” and the presentation by young people of projects on the digital transformation of Belarusian society and the state.
As CEO of the Digital Transformation Agency Siarhej Rudneu stated, the organisation’s main goal was to transform paper processes into digital form, as well as improve existing digital projects.
It is extremely important to involve our colleagues from the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Research and young people in these processes. Since young people’s views on some things are different from ours, we expect breakthrough ideas from them. It is the youth who must build our future. And we, in turn, must slightly adjust and direct their ideas in the right direction.
He also pointed out that the developments created at the Digital Transformation Agency can be useful in the work of young analysts.
In turn, BISR director Alieh Makarau said that for him the main goal of the signed agreement was to combine analytical experience, the fresh perspective of young people and the skills of IT developers in order to bring ambitious ideas to life.
For this it is important to work with like-minded people. And it is especially nice that we found them: these are the students from our Summer School for Young Analysts, and employees of the Digital Transformation Agency, who together will create the Belarus of the future.
Uladzislaw Kazlowski, Chairman of the Youth Analytical Community, shared that thanks to cooperation, young people gain real skills and the opportunity to work on existing projects and solutions, primarily in the public sector, that are being implemented in our country.
This is exactly the path we want to follow: to find friends who help the younger generation not only learn basic skills, but also solve specific analytical problems, gaining experience. And act together, because it is always nice to collaborate with colleagues who not only think about the future, but also create it directly.
