Focus on the mechanism that solves urban problems faster than you can hang up the phone. Call 12345 — and your complaint will be addressed immediately. Under this slogan, a hotline system operates in China. This is not just a way to replace a light bulb in an entryway, but a comprehensive urban management mechanism.
