Education

Graduated from Belarusian State University with a degree in Law; Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus with a degree in International Relations.

Research interests include

• Foreign policy and international cooperation;
• International law;
• International information security.

Career and positions

Previously, worked in various capacities in public administration, and in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus - Belarusian embassies in the United Kingdom and Russian Federation.
