On February 8, Russian Institute for Strategic Studies Director of Mikhail Fradkov held a working meeting with the head of the Belarusian Institute of Strategic Research (BISR) Oleg Makarov.
The conversation addressed issues relating to further development of bilateral cooperation in order to study international problems of mutual interest, prospects for joint events, including with the possible participation of representatives of similar structures of a number of other states.
