On March 17-19, 2025, Dmitry Golubnichy, analyst of the Belarusian Institute of Strategic Research, is taking part in the events of the annual high-level international conference on geopolitics and geoeconomics Raisina Dialogue , which is taking place these days in New Delhi.
The organizer is the leading independent analytical center Observer Research Foundation with the support of the Indian Ministry of External Affairs.
At the invitation of the Indian partners, BISR representatives are taking part in the event for the second year in a row.
The dialogue is structured as a multi-faceted intersectoral discussion involving heads of state, Governments, and foreign policy agencies, as well as opinion leaders, representatives of civil society, the media, experts, and academia. This year, the conference agenda covers such topical issues as climate change and food security, digital development and artificial intelligence, global trade, the rising Global South, traditional and new security threats in the light of the dynamics of current regional conflicts, etc.
According to tradition, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is taking part in the opening of both the international forum and the high-level plenary session.
This year, the organizers chose the Kalachakra system of Buddhist worldview (Sanskrit कालचक्र, “The Wheel of Time”), which presupposes the relationship between man and the world, as the motto of the conference.
A number of working meetings with foreign partners are planned on the sidelines of the event.
