During the week, more than 500 young specialists of the media industry from 83 regions of Russia and all regions of Belarus met with experts at master classes, solved real business problems and media cases from customers. The main feature of the youth forum "NOISE" is that the work was implemented in several directions at once. A total of 52 cases from 44 organizations were presented. This was told to the sb.by reporter by project manager Alexander Rusakovich, Bobruisk.
The project of the international team was dedicated to increasing awareness of the youth of Russia and Belarus about the Union State through the development and promotion of a youth information resource.
Member of the international team from Nefteyugansk Anna Kolmygina told:
- There are different guys in our team: both by age and by field of activity, so it was interesting to work with each other – everyone could teach you something. If someone did not understand something, did not have time, everyone helped together. I myself am from the cultural sphere, and therefore the whole technical part of the development of the resource was something new. But I was able to professionally direct a video for the presentation of the project. According to the results of the defense, our project was selected by the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs for further implementation, which means that work on it will continue, and we are waiting for new meetings!
According to project manager Alexander Rusakovich, a survey was also conducted within the framework of the case on the awareness of Russian and Belarusian youth about the Union State. It turned out that among the respondents, 21% of Belarusians and 65% of Russians do not know about the projects that it implements. The information received formed the basis of the forum's work and helped to confirm many hypotheses. It is important to continue to strengthen and develop the Union State in order to provide young people with the best conditions for realizing their potential and achieving success. Common positions and the voice of youth are strengthened through common mechanisms of cooperation and forums where young people can speak out and present their ideas and proposals. Thus, the Union State is of great importance for young people. It provides conditions for self-realization, promotes intercultural exchange, the development of active citizenship and the protection of the interests of young people at the international level.
Young people from Belarus and Russia gathered together to discuss how to strengthen economic and cultural ties between the states and create a stronger and more stable expert community. The idea of creating an information resource for young people can become a driver for the development of the economy and culture of the regions.
"At the NOISE, we managed to create a project and make friends with participants from Belarus. We have created our own small Union State within the team. We shared interesting facts and traditions with each other, and this helped us in solving the problem. I am sure that in the future we will continue to communicate, working on a large–scale project together!", - said the participant from the Udmurt Republic Angelina Dvinyanina.
The Youth Forum has become a platform for discussions and exchange of ideas that will help the participating countries to create a stronger and more stable expert community, as well as actively develop the media sphere in the Union State.
