On April 29, 2021, the Chairman of the Standing Commission for Education, Science, Culture and Social Development of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Viktor Liskovich met with the BISR Director Oleg Makarov.
The meeting addressed the issues of information and analytical support for state agencies and officials in their activities on important areas of socio-economic and socio-political development of the Republic of Belarus.
Concrete steps were formulated to enhance constructive interaction and cooperation in these areas.
The event was also attended by Head of Activities Ensuring Department of the Standing Commission for Education, Science, Culture Maria Karpenko, and Deputy Head of this Department, Natalia Marchenko.
