On December 4, 2019, the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Research (BISR) together with the Belarusian Telegraph Agency (BelTA) are launching a new analytical project "Expert community". The first session will begin with the actual topic of the political season-2019 - "The Parliament of the 7th convocation: the tasks of the legislative branch of the government".
"Expert community" is not just a platform for views exchange. No one talks about banalities, known to all. The uniqueness of the project is in the fact that its members are trying to look "beyond the horizon". This is why BISR analysts, representatives of the "think tanks", opinion leaders and leading Belarusian and foreign experts gather around the table.
