On March 18, 2025, in the course of working trip of the BISR delegation to Moscow, there was a meeting with the leadership of the Valdai International Discussion Club, which holds a special place among expert-analytical centers of Russia and the Eurasian continent.
BISR Director Oleg Makarov and Chair of the Board at the Foundation for Development and Support of the Valdai Discussion Club Andrey Bystritskiy confirmed the significant role of expert dialogue in the face of modern challenges, discussed the international agenda in the Eurasian and global dimensions, and compared their vision of the prospects for cooperation between Belarusian and Russian think-tanks.
As a result of the meeting, promising areas of cooperation were clarified, including joint events and research on topics of mutual interest.
