The BISR delegation headed by Director Oleg Makarov has commenced its work at the international conference of analytical centers of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) “Reconnect ~ Rejuvenate”, which officially opened on 23 March 2023 in New Delhi at the Hyatt Regency Delhi hotel
Ambassador Damma Ravi representing the Foreign Ministry of India opened the plenary meeting by welcoming the participants and guests. Grigory Logvinov, SCO Deputy Secretary General, addressed the analytical elite of Eurasia with a special welcome speech.
Oleg Makarov held bilateral meetings with the heads of analytical centers on the sidelines of the event. Business communication continued during the solemn evening reception.
