Олег Макаров

"The President's support of the BISR project on the youth analytical movement development is a special credit of trust, a great responsibility for coordinating, planning and implementing activities covered by the project. It is the responsibility for reaching goals and meeting the expectations of society. The Belarusian Youth Analytics is a completely new and ambitious project. For young people, this is an opportunity for self-realization, additional professional lifts, development, and work with the country's leading experts. New ideas, projects, a look into the future and human resources are important for Belarus. We will do everything possible to ensure that the proposals and ideas of the young people are developed both in terms of analytical documents and in practical activities, in cooperation with the expert community and our partners."

Ekaterina Petrashkevich, Head of the BISR Internal Policy Department:

Екатерина Петрашкевич

"The presidential grant represents credibility with the BISR and the team that develops the youth analytical movement. Recently, we have seen a noticeable increase in the interest of young people in analytical activities and research. Young BISR analysts are the future, they bring a fresh perspective on current issues and try to find innovative solutions. New talents are emerging in our youth analytical movement who seek to develop the expert community and deepen understanding of key processes in Belarus and beyond."

Evgeny Kharuk, BISR analyst, the Future of Belarus Project Coordinator:

Евгений Харук

"The youth analytical movement "The Future of Belarus" is a response to the request of the youth themselves. The opportunity to gain new knowledge and skills necessary in the modern information world. This is the ability to analyze large amounts of information, critical thinking, work with sociological data, technical analytics, and others. In addition, young people have an additional opportunity to discuss various aspects of the development of the country and individual areas of the economy with reputable experts and professionals in a confidential and open format, to present their vision of the future of Belarus."

Egor Yavorets, BSU 3rd year student:

"As a member of the youth analytical movement "The Future of Belarus", created on the basis of the BIS with the support of the Ministry of Education, I consider state grant support to be an important mechanism to help implement promising initiatives. In my opinion, the youth analytical movement is an incubator of specialists with the knowledge and skills to clearly formulate problems and their solutions. This movement provides young people with the opportunity to participate in a truly open dialogue with decision makers, to acquire exclusive knowledge and experience from them and the country's leading analysts, and to plan their employment more consciously."

Anna Tarelko, BSUIR 3rd year student:

"For us, the youth, the analytical movement is a chance to gain unique experience in analytical and project work, develop our professional skills, become part of initiatives that determine the future of Belarus, and contribute to solving problems that are important to society and the state."
