On July 16, 2025, a BISR delegation headed by Deputy Director Vitaly Punchenko attended an expert seminar of the China Institute of International Studies in Beijing, one of the leading Chinese research centers operating under the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Vice President Liu Qing stressed China's continued support for the independent development path of the Republic of Belarus. Both States jointly defend the principles and norms of international law. Beijing highly appreciates Minsk's accession to the SCO and BRICS, which makes a significant contribution to regional stability.
