BISR analyst Valentin Starichenok attends the expert seminar "One Belt, One Road: Opportunities and Prospects for Cooperation Between China and Belarus" (China, Shenyang). The seminar was organized by the Institute for the Study of the Open Economy of China of Liaoning University and is timed to coincide with the 10th anniversary of the nominating the Belt and Road Initiative by Chinese President Xi Jinping.
During the event, the BISR held a dialogue with various think tanks of the People's Republic of China on relevant issues of Belarusian-Chinese cooperation, opportunities for increasing interaction between the regions of China and Belarus, the role of the expert community in enhancing friendly relations between the two countries, including through analytical support for the implementation of the "Belt and Road" concept.
