On February 24, 2020, the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Research (BISR) was visited by a delegation of the National Institute for Strategic Studies of Ukraine (NISS), headed by its director, A. Litvinenko, within the development of partnerships with reputable foreign "think tanks".
A panel discussion on the topic "Perspective directions for the development of Belarus-Ukraine relations" was held in the format of the roundtable. In addition to the guests, the event was attended by the representatives of the Embassy of Ukraine in Belarus, BISR analysts, as well as invited experts.
The discussion was held in a relaxed and warm atmosphere. Following the meeting, the leaders of the "think tanks" of Belarus and Ukraine signed a Memorandum of Understanding between BISR and NISS.
