On September 19, 2023, inside the expert dialogue "Belarus and China: a Common Trajectory of Development", a round table meeting was held in BISR with a delegation of the China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) and the Jiangsu Nuclear Power Corporation (JNPC). The sides exchanged views on the prospects for the development of Belarusian-Chinese scientific and technical cooperation and expert interaction, analytical support for the implementation of the Belt and Road concept.
Chinese experts highlighted the main approaches to ensuring nuclear safety in China, shared their experience in organizing work with public opinion in the regions of China on the development of nuclear technologies and energy security.
In turn, BISR analysts presented their vision of the use of intelligent information systems in the production and technical sphere, including the existing developments on the BISR information and analytical monitoring system "InfoMetrica". Following the meeting, an agreement was reached to continue cooperation on issues of mutual interest.
