On October 2-5, the BISR delegation headed by Director Oleg Makarov takes part in the 20th anniversary meeting of the Valdai International Discussion Club. The event dedicated to strengthening global multipolarity, implies the presentation of BISR Director at a special session on the problems of the post-Soviet space. A number of BISR meetings with partner research centers, as well as reputable foreign analysts and thinkers are planned on the sidelines of the meeting. The Valdai platform will also become a place to discuss issues related to the preparation for the BISR international scientific and practical conference "Strategic Analysis and Forecasting. Belarus in the global world" with the invitation of the heads of national analytical structures of the CSTO and SCO member states.
