BISR Director Oleg Makarov met with Director General of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives Svetlana Chupsheva in Moscow.
Two years have passed since the Memorandum of Cooperation between BIS and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives was concluded. Today, practice–based projects are being developed in a number of industries, including industrial tourism, strategic analysis, and scaling up frontier social practices at the national and interstate levels.
ASI is a unique organization, which is essentially a project office. It is the next generation of a think–tank, when both an analytical model and a product, are created.
In line with the search for the best forms of analytical activity, the BISR experts got acquainted with approaches of their Russian counterparts to project implementation and research. There was an exchange of experience in forecasting methodology, including rapid foresight, which is actively applied in ASI.
