In difficult internal and external conditions, the Chinese Communist Party was able to satisfy the basic social needs of society: elimination of illiteracy and poverty, housing construction, job creation, food security, i.e. creating a middle-class society. There are no similar examples in the world, neither country has mastered in such a short period to lift hundreds of millions of people out of poverty, to increase the welfare of all its people.
In doing so, China did not simply copy the experience of other countries, nor it adapt to the patterns imposed. It develops in its own way, demonstrates national advantages to other countries, at the same time supporting their models of development Over 73 years, China has achieved great achievements in economic, social, scientific, technical and other areas, and to the centenary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, it will achieve the main goal of the century - building a strong modernized power.
Describing the growth of China's influence in the world, I would like to emphasize that at the present stage China pursues a balanced foreign policy, the logical result of which was the strengthening of China's influence in the world. The Belt and Road Foreign Policy initiative, in which China implements joint large-scale projects with Belarus, corresponds to the spirit of Chinese diplomacy in a new era. The Great Stone Chinese-Belarusian industrial Park, as Chinese President Xi Jinping said, will become “a pearl” on the Silk Road Economic Belt. The Park is a strategic and the largest project of bilateral cooperation. It is a high-tech international platform for doing business with modern industrial architecture, affordable infrastructure and environmental solutions. More than 90 residents with a total investment of $ 1.247 billion have already been registered in the Park.
Enhancing relations between the Republic of Belarus and the People's Republic of China to the level of an all-weather and comprehensive strategic partnership in practical terms will affect all spheres of Belarus-China relations, will contribute to the intensification of economic cooperation and the growth of business activity, as well as an even faster and more expeditious solution of all issues on the Belarusian-Chinese agenda. The priority tasks for the near future of cooperation are the acceleration of technological and investment cooperation, interregional cooperation with the creation of deep integration territories.
Our republic has always been interesting and important for Great China, and not only due to its favorable geographical location. At the same time, it is important that relations are built on an equal basis despite the disparity and disproportionality of the two states. This is bearing fruit and clearly demonstrates the mutually beneficial nature of such cooperation.
The 20th Congress of the Communist Party of China will be held successfully and its decisions will further consolidate Chinese people, will contribute to entering a qualitatively new stage of the state's development.
