On November 23, 2021, the Belarusian Institute of Strategic Research hosted the meeting of BISR Director Oleg Makarov with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Belarus Ulvi Vagif oglu Bakhshaliyev.
During the meeting, the sides discussed the current domestic political situation in Azerbaijan, shared views on relevant issues of the regional agenda, prospects for bilateral relations between Belarus and Azerbaijan, directions for the development of cultural and scientific expert exchange. Much attention was paid to the experience of using information technology in analytical activities.
Having considered the agenda of the Belarus-Azerbaijan partnership, the sides reaffirmed the importance of further development of expert dialogue on a wide range of issues to expand constructive cooperation between our countries.
