The II Eurasian Analytical Forum

On November 11, BISR analysts participated in the section "Information and analytical support to socio-economic development of the Eurasian Economic Union countries at the present stage" of the II Eurasian Analytical Forum. The event voiced and discussed the number of issues being the interface of practice and theory of analytical activity.

Vitaly Demirov made a report on information and analytical support to the EEU economic processes and proposed two approaches to creating a digital system aimed at optimizing the digitalization of the Eurasian economic space: creation of a new platform and integration of existing systems. At the same time, the system should provide with complete analytical and marketing information about counter-parties, ensure telecommunication allow concluding contracts (including payments through banks connected to platforms), have tools for insurance, lending and supply escort (support for customs clearance), as well as support certificates.

Vladislav Kalishuk made a presentation on methodology of strategic analysis in the context of the activities of modern analytical centers. The report presented a theoretical basis developed by BISR for creating a comprehensive methodology for strategic analysis, as well as the concept of "multi-criteria classification of specific methods of strategic analysis".
