Today is the second day of the informal consultations on the draft of the final report of the Open-Ended Working Group (OEWG) on the achievements of the UN in the context of informational support and telecommunications in the context of international security, in which Oleg Makarov, the Director of BISR, participates. The meeting was held in the form of a video conference, which is a forced alternative to a full-time intersessional face-to-face meetings. The proposals for the content of the OEWG draft final report are discussed in two main areas: existing and potential threats, as well as rules, regulations and principles. The proposals of the Belarusian party are reflected in the memorandum of the chairman, together with the proposals of other delegations.
